The cake that matured me. A citrus sweet lover now? Yes. I’m now that girl that looks for the orange poppy seed muffin or lemon shortbread cookie. I posted this recipe on my instagram earlier this year. I posted it on a whim without in-detailed steps for the recipe. You should get a fluffy cake. Fluffy or it’s not right. A sweet refreshing cake. A cake that looks so Spring, although survives through the seasons. So here it is.

The recipe below makes one 6” round cake.
