Hello. Here is one of my favourite go-to, no bake recipes. You know when you want a little dessert after dinner, but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? At the point of the night, I want the sweetness in my mouth right away. Enter, this tiramisu inspired dessert with no marzipan or lady fingers. After making this so many times, I found that there is Portuguese dessert that is very similar. Bolo De Bolacha. It layers Marie biscuits soaked in coffee and buttercream. My take uses fresh whipped vanilla cream with espresso soaked lotus biscoff biscuit. Here it is.
The ingredients should fit in a 20cm x 20cm (8” x 8") glass dish. Glass is best, because you want to see the layers! Also, should be deep enough to hold the layers.
